Retrieved File Doesn't Appear |
The file I retrieved (from email, satellite or another method) doesn't show up in the TestPro Wells Directory.
The file was probably retrieved to another directory. Move the file
from the directory it is in to the TestPro Wells directory, or select
the appropriate directory in TestPro when opening the file. If you
don't know the directory but you know the filename you can use the Find
feature of windows:
1. Click Start (at the bottom left or your Windows desktop).
2. Click Find and Files or Folders...
3. Type in the name of
the file and choose the disk you wish to search (if you don't know
which disk to search then click the down arrow and scroll up to Click
My Computer).
4. Click Find Now.
If you don't know the name of the file you downloaded, try repeating
the retrieval procedure. The program you used will likely show you at
some point both the filename and the name of the directory it is being
saved to.
