Well Information
The fields on the Well Information page are described individually below. Note that it is only from this page that the Multi-Rate page is accessed. The Multi-Rate page is where the times and dates are entered for multiple rates (these are not necessary but improve the legibility of the printout of the pressure data).

WELL NAME - The name the producer has given to the well.

LOCATION - When this field is selected a box appears that forces the entry of the location (Unique well Identifier) in the format required by the EUB.

ZONE - The name of the zone being tested.

1ST RATE – START FLOW RATE - The time that the 1st flow rate began. In order to fit in the allotted space on the printout sheet this field should not exceed 20 full size characters.
The recommended format is: 1800 HRS. JAN. 22, 1999

END FLOW RATE - This is the time the flow was ended and should use the same format as the previous field (1ST RATE – START FLOW RATE)

SHUT IN PERIOD - This is the length of the shut in. The field length is restricted to 20 full size characters due to the format of the printout.
The recommended format is:

For a single day: 1000-1200 JAN. 25, 1999
For multiple days: 2300/01/25 – 0100/01/26/99

FLOW THROUGH - The type of vessel used (The default value is H.P. Separator when a new test is started).

FLOW PROVER - The diameter of the flow prover pipe is displayed here (this value is changed on the pressure page under Calculations in the menu).

METER RUN - The diameter of the meter run pipe is displayed here (this value is changed on the pressure page under Calculations in the menu).

BTM HOLE GAUGE AT (MCF) - The location of the bottom hole gauge (if one was used).

ON BOTTOM AT - The time that the gauge reached bottom.

The Recommended format is: 1600 HRS. 01/27/99

TEST SUPERVISOR - The name of the test supervisor as it will appear on the printout of the pressure report (this field should not exceed 15 full size characters.

TYPE OF TEST - The type of test being conducted as it will appear on the printout.

CURRENT YEAR - This is the year used by TestPro® on the fluid and pressure pages. If you click the Save as default year button, this year will be used whenever you begin a new test.
